Into otherness
Inhale, exhale
Breathing into wholeness.

    I watched my Gram struggle for breath as she is in the grips of COPD. It is a horrible thing. Every breath a struggle. How blessed we are and not even realizing it, to breath comfortably May I never take it for granted!
